"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who says to Zion, 'Your God reigns!''" Isaiah 52:7
This was my first visit and walk around Spring Lake. It is funny because Mark and I decided to walk it on the first day of Spring this year, pun intended. It had been a while since we explored nature for just enjoyment. That is what this walk was all about. I felt an overwhelming sensation of calmness. Our lives have been so stressful and unpredictable recently, we work, pray, work some more, and we just needed a bit of an escape from everything. Get a chance to be calm, to be at peace, and one with nature and each other.
